Community Integrated Care is a UK health and social care charity providing person-centred support across England and Scotland. We’re seeking caring individuals to join our team as Support Workers, delivering compassionate care and helping people live their best lives.

We recruit based on values and a desire to help, with no strict experience required. Roles include 8am-3pm, 3pm-10pm and sleepovers, with a 36-hour permanent contract and a driving license preferred for insurance purposes.

Responsibilities

• Support two ladies with daily living activities and personal care.
• Provide person-centred support to help them live their day-to-day lives.
• Build real connections with the people we support and work as part of a team.
• Shift patterns include 8am-3pm, 3pm-10pm and sleepovers.
• Work on a 36-hour permanent contract and follow guaranteed contracted hours.
