Candidates should be comfortable working with both children and adults, hold a valid UK or international driving licence (9 months), own a car with business insurance, and demonstrate reliability and a flexible approach to working

• Comfortable providing care for both children and adults.

• Ability to deliver person-centered support and maintain safety.
