Your Care Jobs Ltd is seeking compassionate Community Care Assistants to support people in their own homes in Borehamwood and surrounding areas. You will help individuals maintain independence, dignity and wellbeing while delivering safe, person-centred care and practical support.

Role offers full training, ongoing support and flexible working opportunities based on availability, with the aim of making a meaningful difference in clients’ lives and the community.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in care is essential.

Responsabilités

• Providing safe, respectful and person-centred care.
• Supporting with personal care including washing, dressing and toileting where required.
• Helping with meals, hydration, mobility and everyday activities.
• Supporting individuals to remain as independent as possible.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Following safeguarding, health and safety and infection control procedures.
• Keeping accurate care records and daily notes.
