Qualifications

• Must hold Level 2 Food Safety Certificate or be willing to obtain one.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH procedures.
• Previous catering or kitchen experience.
• Experience working with older people is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and service of nutritious, well-presented meals.
• Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are followed to the highest level.
• Help minimise waste and use kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Support the catering team and communicate any issues promptly.
