Job summary

DBAM SOCIAL CARE in Slough, Berkshire is seeking a compassionate Carer Driver to support two children in their home and community. The role involves personal care, transport, companionship, and helping maintain independence with a partner carer.

The position offers £14.00 per hour plus mileage, flexible hours, and ongoing training within a friendly team dedicated to respectful, person-centred care.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience working with children with challenging behaviours.

Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality person-centred care and support to the twins in their home.
• Assisting with personal care, including washing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Supporting meals and nutrition
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Transporting them safely using your own vehicle
• Assisting with shopping, errands and prescription collection
• Administering medication in line with care plans and policies
• Following care plans, risk assessments and company procedures
