Qualifications

• Empathy and compassion to support residents' independence.
• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is a big advantage.
• Excellent communication with residents and families is essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure facility.
• Report all irregularities back to management staff.
• Interact with residents in a caring and compassionate manner.
• Accurately complete all required reports
• Interact with families and other visitors in a professional manner.
