Job summary

HC-One is recruiting a Unit Manager in Coventry for a full-time post, 38.5 hours per week on a 3 on/3 off shift pattern. You will lead care home operations with a focus on dignity, well-being and person-centered support for residents across Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care services.

The role requires proven leadership in a care home for vulnerable adults and safeguarding training. You will drive compassionate, consistent care and report concerns promptly in a supportive team

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a care home for vulnerable adults.
• Safeguarding training appropriate to role.
• Ability to report concerns and seek appropriate advice.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for a specific part of the home and deliver high standards of care.
• Run the home when the Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager are absent.
• Ensure resident dignity and well being in all interactions.
