Job summary

Norse Care’s Mountfield home in Norwich is seeking a Care Support Worker to assist with personal care and support tasks, helping residents maintain independence and dignity under a person-centred care plan.

You will join a friendly team, respond to call bells, participate in wellbeing activities, and help create a safe, engaging environment while pursuing funded training opportunities and career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in care is desirable or eagerness to learn.
• Enhanced DBS check required.
• Willingness to complete funded courses and training.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and support tasks to help service users maintain independence and dignity.
• Work as part of a team to deliver person-centred care.
• Respond to call bells and emergencies promptly and communicate with other health professionals as required.
