Job summary

Cygnet Group is seeking a confident Care & Support Worker to deliver outstanding care at Gledholt Mews and Coach House in Huddersfield. You’ll work 42 hours a week across days, nights and weekends to make a positive difference for adults with mental health needs.

You will offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach, provide physical and emotional support, learn individuals’ needs, assist with medical and welfare needs, and maintain a safe environment. DBS check required.

Responsibilities

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all service users.
• Provide guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support.
• Learn about individuals’ specific needs and provide help in the most appropriate way.
• Assist with medical and welfare needs and report as required.
• Safeguard and maintain a safe and clean environment.
