Job summary

Norse Care in Cranmer House, Fakenham, is seeking a dedicated Care Support Worker to assist with personal care and support tasks, helping service users maintain independence and dignity in line with person-centred plans.

You will work as part of a team, engaging in wellbeing events and activities, and respond to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner. A DBS check is required for the successful candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience in care or willingness to train.
• Ability to work flexibly, including days and nights.
• DBS check enhanced (to be arranged)
