Alternative Futures Group (AFG) is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help people live as independently as possible. You will support individuals in their own homes and in community-based settings, offering personalised plans that reflect their goals and aspirations.

No prior care experience is required; the right attitude, reliability and compassionate nature are valued. You will work flexibly across day shifts, waking nights, sleep-ins and weekends within a supportive, values-led team.
