Alternative Futures Group is seeking a caring and flexible Support Worker to help people live independently. You’ll work across people’s homes and community settings, following personalised plans focused on individual goals and aspirations.

No prior care experience is required; the right attitude, friendly communication, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team are valued. Shifts include days, nights, sleep-ins, and weekends.
