Job summary

Care Santé Limited in Mexborough seeks a dedicated Care Assistant to provide compassionate home care to vulnerable adults in their own homes across Mexborough, Conisbrough, Denaby and Swinton.

We offer full training, paid induction, a pension scheme and a company mobile phone. Shifts include mornings, evenings, and alternate weekends, with flexibility to cover at least two evening shifts weekly.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK.
• Driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
• No previous experience required but you will need to demonstrate real compassion, be an excellent communicator and problem solver.

Responsibilities

• Help service users overcome mobility problems and use of aids/adaptations and personal equipment.
• Domestic tasks such as making beds, tidying rooms, light cleaning, laundry and emptying commodes.
• Assist with personal care such as washing, bathing and toileting arrangements.
