Responsibilities

• To work as a full and effective member of the staff team, communicating with colleagues.
• To offer support to service users on an individual basis aligned with service aims.
• To undertake flexible working arrangements including weekends and sleep-in duties.
• To contribute to care plans and assume designated keyworker responsibilities.
• To enable service users to live as independently as possible.
• To provide practical and emotional support while maintaining boundaries.
• To maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
• To participate in staff appraisals, supervisions and meetings.
