Care South's Buxton House Residential Home in Weymouth is seeking a Care & Support Assistant to join a kind, compassionate team. We offer shift patterns 08:00 – 20:00, with full-time, part-time and bank roles, and a pay rate of £13.05–£13.30 per hour, plus a comprehensive induction.

No prior care experience is required; if you have worked in customer service or community support, you could fit well. You will help residents with personal care, support mobility, and build genuine friendships.
