Job summary

Bridge Haven, part of Avante Care & Support Ltd, is a welcoming residential home providing person-centred support for older people.

We’re looking for Care & Support Assistants to help with personal care, daily activities, independence and a warm, engaging home environment as part of a friendly professional team. No experience needed—training and development are provided. Competitive pay (£13.20–£13.40 per hour), 44 hours per week, and benefits including DBS check, uniforms, and wellbeing support.

• Previous care experience is helpful but not essential.
