Job summary

Qualifications

• Candidates must hold valid share code/eVisa for work in the UK.
• Enhanced DBS (Updated services) required.
• Basic Care Certificate (Online & Practical) completed.
• Basic Manual Handling Practical Certificate mandatory.
• Bank statement with visible account details.
• Minimum two written references.
• National Insurance document/BRP with NI visible.
• Clear recent profile photo.
• Next of kin name and contact number provided.
• Full UK Driving Licence (if any)

Responsibilities

• Supervises and monitors residents with special needs.
• Takes responsibility for shifts and service during duty.
• Responds to emergencies and provides guidance to care workers.
• Assists residents with dressing, undressing, washing, toileting and bathing.
• Assists with medication and moving residents as needed.
• Serves meals and aids feeding to ensure comfort.
• Provides stimulating activities for residents.
• Supports daily tasks like letter writing, bill payment and benefits.
• Performs light cleaning, domestic duties and meal preparation.
• Monitors residents' conditions (temperature, pulse, respiration, weight).
• Collaborates with professional staff to implement care plans.
