Job summary

City and County Healthcare Group Ltd is recruiting Care Professionals to join London Care’s Basildon team, delivering compassionate in‑home support across Basildon and surrounding communities. You’ll travel between clients with paid travel time, and work patterns include day and evening shifts to suit your life.

No formal care experience is required—the company provides full paid training, ongoing development, and a supportive environment to help you thrive in a real difference-making role.

Work Locations As this is a community-based role, you will be traveling to support clients within their local communities. We proudly provide high-quality care across Basildon and the surrounding areas, primarily covering:

• Brentwood, Billericay, Harlow, Langdon Hills, Pitsea, Havering, Redbridge, Wickford, and the surrounding communities.

Access to a vehicle and a full driving licence are required due to the geographical nature of the role.

• Day Shifts: 7:00/8:00 AM – 3:00/4:00 PM
• Evening Shifts: 3:00/4:00 PM – 10:00 PM

You don’t need formal care experience! The skills you’ve gained from raising a family, caring for loved ones, or running a household are exactly what makes a brilliant Care Professional. Full, paid training is provided. We’re looking for:
