Job summary

Hartford Care is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper for Burnham Lodge, Buckinghamshire. This full-time role (40 hours/week) includes alternate weekend work and involves keeping the home clean, safe and compliant with hygiene standards to support residents’ comfort and wellbeing.

You will dust rooms, clean bathrooms, care for plants and maintain cleaning logs as part of a caring team. DBS checks apply and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to use IT systems.
• Good organisation and planning skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
• Solid understanding of health and safety, infection control and COSHH.

Responsibilities

• Keep the home clean and safe at all times, meeting hygiene standards.
• Dust residents' rooms, clean bathrooms, care for houseplants and complete cleaning logs.
