Reporting to the Nurse/Senior Support Worker, you will contribute to consistently high standards of care and participate in day-to-day activities to support residents and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• Caring and patient nature.
• Excellent communication skills.
• The ability to work well under pressure.
• Previous experience as a carer is preferred, but not essential.

Responsibilities
