Job summary

Kingsley Healthcare in Weymouth is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to maintain the personal care needs of residents, respect their dignity, and promote independence at all times within a focused team.

You will help sustain high standards of care, undertake day-to-day tasks in the home, and report to a Nurse or Senior Support Worker; previous carer experience is preferred but not essential, with strong communication and resilience under pressure.
