Fairmont Crest is seeking caring, reliable Care Home Support Workers to join our Doncaster team. You will support residents with daily care needs, promote dignity, independence and wellbeing, and help create a safe, comfortable living environment.

We offer flexible shifts, a supportive team with ongoing training, and opportunities for progression within our established care provider. DBS check and right to work in the UK required; minimum 1 year care experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of care experience required.
• Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
• Valid certification/training in care-related fields is preferred.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom (UK) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and mobility support.
• Assist with meals and daily activities.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Follow individual care plans and safety procedures.
