HC-One is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support residents across our dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes. Working under a Registered Nurse, you’ll assist with personal care, meals and daily activities, helping residents maintain dignity and independence.

You’ll deliver care with warmth and compassion, respond to distress, and contribute to safeguarding and wellbeing. HC-One offers training, development and a supportive team environment across sites in the UK.

Responsabilidades

• Support residents with personal care including washing, dressing, hygiene and meals.
• Assist with daily activities in the home to support physical and social wellbeing.
• Deliver care with warmth, compassion and respect for each resident's individuality.
• Recognise safeguarding concerns and report them according to policy.
