Qualifications

• Caring and compassionate approach to residents.
• Good communication and teamwork with staff and residents.
• Willingness to learn and develop in care duties.
• SVQ Level 2 desirable or willingness to work towards it.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, mobility support, nutrition and emotional wellbeing.
• Follow individual care plans and monitor changes in condition.
• Deliver safe, responsive and consistent care within a supportive team.
