Qualifications

• Experience in care settings preferred but training may be available.

• Be willing to undertake relevant training and development.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care with dignity and privacy.
• Assist with daily living tasks and mobility.
• Support meals and hydration for residents.
• Observe changes in health and report concerns to senior staff.
• Maintain accurate daily care notes and records.
• Follow safeguarding and infection control procedures.
• Support residents' social activities and engagement.
