Job summary

Right at Home Barnet & Edgware is seeking a Care Assistant to provide compassionate, person-centred support to clients in the local area.

You will visit clients for extended visits, assist with daily living tasks and contribute to a safe, respectful home environment. Training is provided with funded QCF levels 2–5, and you may join a supportive, five-star employer recognised by local standards.

Qualifications

• Ideally able to drive own car.
• Full or partial weekend availability is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Providing companionship.
• Providing personal care such as washing and helping with dressing.
• Preparing meals of client’s choice.
• Administering medication as directed.
• Monitoring wellbeing and reporting concerns promptly.
