Job summary

TipTopJob is seeking a caring and reliable Care Assistant to join our residential care home in Westward Ho. You will help residents lead happy, comfortable and fulfilling lives, providing high-quality personal care with dignity and respect.

As part of a supportive team, you will assist with daily routines, meals and activities, offer companionship and emotional support, and promote independence and choice while following care plans and health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous care experience is desirable but not essential; full training provided.
