Job summary

Anchor Hanover Group is seeking a Care Assistant to bring compassion, energy and a positive presence to our residents. You will provide dignified personal care, assist during mealtimes and support residents with various aspects of their lives, while listening attentively and building trusting relationships.

No prior care experience is required as we offer excellent learning and development programs in adult social care and will support you through ongoing training and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required; training and development available.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the UK

Responsibilities

• Provide dignified personal care to residents.
