Care Outlook Ltd. is seeking dedicated Care Assistants to help improve the lives of residents at the Extra Care Scheme in Hale End, GU22.

This role involves personal care, relationship-building, and making a positive difference in daily living. We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.71, a £300 Refer a Friend Bonus, comprehensive training for the Care Certificate, 28 days of annual leave (pro rata), and a stable payroll every four weeks.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training provided to deliver outstanding care.
• Able to assist with personal care and daily living tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with personal care (washing, toileting, dressing).
• Performing light housekeeping tasks.
• Observing, monitoring and recording client information.
