Job summary
Elstree Court Care Home in Eastbourne, part of Care Concern Group, is recruiting a Care Assistant to support residents with daily living, personal care, mobility and nutrition. You will follow care plans to ensure dignity, independence and wellbeing, working as part of a friendly team in a welcoming home environment.

Qualifications
- Caring, compassionate and respectful approach.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and develop.
- Previous experience is beneficial but not essential.
- NVQ Level 2 is desirable or willingness to work towards.
Responsibilities
- Support residents with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing.
- Follow care plans and recognise changes in condition to provide safe, responsive care.
- Work as part of a supportive team to create a warm environment.
