Qualifications

• Compassionate and caring disposition required.
• Excellent observation skills and initiative expected.
• At least 1 year experience working in healthcare and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care (dressing, washing, eating).
• Provide company to residents and information to families.
• Administer medication under supervision.
• Maintain accurate care records and inform staff of changes.
