• Enhanced DBS is required.
• Moving and Handling Certificate is required.
• UK work authorisation is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks.
• Support with care plans and documenting care.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided.
• Assist with light meals and domestic tasks.
• Support with medication reminders as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families and staff.
• Assist with transport to appointments when needed.
