• Support care plans and maintain accurate care records.
• Provide companionship and maintain dignity and comfort.
• Assist with light domestic duties and meal preparation.
• Support medication reminders as directed by professionals.
• Communicate with clients, families and the team for seamless care.
• Drive or accompany clients to appointments when required; driving skills are advantageous.
