Job summary

Interaction Health and Social Care is recruiting a support worker to assist a client with personal care, mobility, and daily living tasks. The role is in-person in the UK and paid hourly under a temporary contract.

You will follow care plans, maintain daily notes, attend team meetings as arranged, and collaborate with the Case Manager to adapt support as needed. The position requires at least six months of care experience and a valid right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in care
• Live within 20 miles of the job
• Right to work in the UK (NOT SPONSORSHIP)

Responsibilities

• To support Client with all areas of personal care and hygiene.
• To support Client with mobilising and transfers per bespoke support plans.
• Encourage Client to be as independent as possible while offering hands-on support and guidance.
• Follow care, support and therapy plans and update Case Manager on changes.
• Facilitate and follow risk management plans and inform Case Manager of concerns.
• Communicate effectively and positively with Client and team.
• Complete recordings and daily notes as required.
• Attend all training, team meetings and supervisions when arranged.
