Job summary

Advinia is seeking compassionate community carers to provide essential support to individuals in need across the region. You will help with daily living activities, offer companionship, and ensure residents' safety and well-being.

Join our team to deliver person-centered care, follow care plans, and maintain high standards of hygiene. Various shifts include evenings and weekends, with opportunities for training and development.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not essential, training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Administer medication as prescribed and monitor health or behaviour changes.
• Help with mobility and physical exercises to promote well-being.
• Maintain accurate care records and report concerns to the relevant personnel.
• Ensure a clean, safe living environment with light housekeeping.
