Job summary

As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you’ll help residents enjoy each day by delivering quality care and support. You’ll assist with daily living, provide companionship, and share moments and memories that make every day meaningful.

• Allocate one-to-one time with residents to build rapport.
