Job summary

Mosswood Care Home in Linwood is recruiting a Care Assistant to provide compassionate, person-centred care for residents with dementia or physical disabilities. You will support daily living activities, follow care plans and contribute to a respectful, dignified environment.

Experience is beneficial but not essential; full training and ongoing development are provided to help you grow within a friendly, dedicated team.

Qualifications

• A caring, compassionate and respectful approach.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• A reliable and positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Previous experience is beneficial but not essential.
• SVQ Level 2 is desirable or willingness to work towards.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, person-centred care to residents.
• Support daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and wellbeing.
• Follow care plans and recognise changes in condition.
• Work as part of a supportive team in a warm environment.
