Job summary

Marton Care Homes, at Half Acre House in Radcliffe, is seeking a Caring Care Assistant to support residents with daily living and personal care, ensuring dignity and comfort in every interaction.

You will work with a friendly, close-knit team across flexible full-time and part-time shifts, including some evenings and weekends, with ongoing training and career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Residents with daily living activities: washing, toileting, dressing, undressing and other daily tasks.
• Support Residents' physical, emotional and spiritual needs, ensuring comfort and dignity.
• Monitor Residents with limited mobility or behavioural changes and report as required.
• Record daily care notes and contribute to care planning per policy.
• Support residents in social activities and hobbies within the Home.
