Responsibilities

• Support residents with washing, toileting, dressing, and daily living.
• Provide care across physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
• Assist residents with limited mobility using aids.
• Monitor residents who are confused or display behavioural issues.
• Record daily notes and update care plans per policy.
• Encourage participation in social activities and hobbies.
• Answer nurse calls and relay messages promptly.
