HRString LTD is seeking compassionate care assistants to support service users in the community across the United Kingdom. You will monitor vital signs and medications under supervision, assist with personal care, meals, and daily activities, and maintain confidentiality and dignity at all times.

Previous care experience is welcomed, but full training will be provided. You must be located in the UK with a valid right to work.

Mansioni

• Monitor vital signs and medications under supervision of nurses and physiotherapists.
• Administer bedside and personal care, including ambulation and hygiene assistance.
• Advise and support service users in personal care.
• Assist with planning, preparation, cooking and serving of meals.
• Support household duties such as washing and ironing.
• Maintain confidentiality, privacy and dignity of service users at all times.
• Prepare and maintain records of client progress and report changes to the manager.
