Responsibilities
- Deliver person-centred care that honours dignity and individuality.
- Assist with daily living tasks including washing, dressing, mobility and meals.
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and families.
- Spot changes in mood or needs and respond with empathy.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth, safe shifts.
- Keep accurate records and support care plans.
