All Care Services is hiring a Care Assistant to support older adults across the Freshwater area on Isle of Wight. You will help with daily living activities, meal prep, and companionship in clients' homes, with training provided.

Role offers permanent contracts with guaranteed hours, a two-week rota including alternate weekends, and opportunities for NVQ qualifications. Driving is beneficial for block-paid shifts; sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK; sponsorship not available.
• Drivers with a full UK licence may be required for block-paid roles.
• No prior care experience needed; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care to older adults in the Freshwater area.
• Personal care, meal prep, light household tasks, shopping.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
