Job summary

Call-In Homecare in Airdrie is hiring Home Care Assistants to support clients at home. You will work within a fixed area, with full paid training and a guaranteed-hours contract, designed to maximise your time off and annual leave.

We welcome applicants with or without previous care experience and provide ongoing support from a dedicated team. Roles include mornings, evenings, and flexible bank shifts across the same geographical area.

Qualifications

• Kind, caring and compassionate people.
• Good level of English.
• Ability to commit to contracted shift patterns.
• Full UK driving licence, car, and insurance preferred but walking available.
• Experienced & non-experienced carers welcome; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities (meal prep, meds prompts, domestic support).
• Assist with personal care.
• Record and report daily visit information accurately.
