Job summary

Call-In Homecare Limited is seeking compassionate Care Assistants to support clients in Carluke and surrounding areas. You’ll provide daily living support, personal care, and companionship with full paid training and a guaranteed-hours contract.

The role offers flexible shifts (full-time, part-time mornings/evenings, and bank shifts), weekly pay, and ongoing support from a dedicated team who value your contribution to the community.

Qualifications

• Kind, caring and compassionate people.
• Good level of English.
• The ability to commit to one of our contracted shift patterns.
• Full UK driving licence, your own car, and business insurance is preferred but walking runs are available.
• Experienced & non-experienced carers – everyone is welcome as we provide full training!

Responsibilities

• Assisting our clients in all aspects of their daily life, e.g. meal preparation, medication prompts and general domestic support
• Assisting clients with personal care
• Supporting clients to take an active role in the planning and provision of their care
• Recording and reporting daily visit information accurately
