Apex Prime Care is hiring Care Assistants to support clients in Bournemouth and surrounding areas. Roles include part-time and full-time shifts with mornings, days and evenings; some weekend rotation is common.

Driving licence and own vehicle are highly preferred for mileage-inclusive pay. We offer guaranteed hours for flexible staff, enhanced bank holiday rates, holiday pay, pension, DBS/PVG, a company mobile phone and uniform.

Formación

• Demonstrates compassionate, person-centred care.
• Must have a valid driving licence and own vehicle for travel between client visits.
• Comfortable working across mornings, days and evenings with weekend rotation.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with personal care including washing, dressing and continence support.
• Assist with meals, cooking hot meals and domestic tasks as needed.
• Manage medications and ensure supplies are stocked and organised.
• Provide companionship, reassurance and support to improve wellbeing.
