Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrate initiative and be respectful towards the residents.
• Efficient worker who can carry reasonable instructions from other team members.
• Be able to be adaptive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of personal care and contribute to the care team to ensure continuity of services for residents.
• Assist residents with personal hygiene while promoting dignity and independence.
• Recognise and respond to clinical risk areas in residents and escalate identified risks promptly.
• Treat residents and visitors courteously, respecting dignity and individuality.
• Follow safe systems of work across all tasks.
