Job summary

Agincare is expanding in Richmond and seeking a Care Assistant to help residents live with comfort, dignity and joy. We offer funded training up to QCF Level 5, a refer-a-friend bonus, and pension benefits. The role pays £14.80 per hour and includes on-demand pay and Blue Light Card discounts.

You will provide personal care, administer medication, assist with daily living, support social engagement, and promote dignity and wellbeing as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a care setting is preferred.
• Kind, compassionate and great with people.
• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (we cannot currently offer sponsorship).
• This position is working 33 hours per week, to include alternate weekends.
