Job summary

Qualifications

• Delivering quality personal care to residents including daily activities such as washing, dressing, eating and hygiene.
• Understanding residents' communication needs and adapting support for individuals and families.
• Being a patient, easy communicator with flexibility to adapt to a changing environment.
• Good observation skills, a sense of humour and a positive outlook.
• No experience required; full training and development offered; previous work in people-focused environments is welcomed.

Responsibilities
