Job summary

Prime Life are recruiting Care Assistants for full-time positions at Tanworth Court in Solihull. The role offers regular day-to-day shifts between 8am and 8pm, seven days a week, with comprehensive benefits and support from the Quality Matters team.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Care Assistant or Support worker is desirable, but full training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal hygiene and evening routine.
• Complete routine welfare checks throughout the night to ensure safety.
• Support residents to dine and maintain good nutrition and hydration.
• Encourage safe mobilization with mobility aids and equipment.
• Provide friendship and companionship to residents.
• Maintain accurate records and complete documentation.
• Engage with a multi-disciplinary team to promote residents’ well-being.
• Assist with enquiries and welcome family members to the home.
