Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year experience as a Health Care Assistant in a care home setting.
• Good understanding of the needs of older people.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build professional relationships.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities.
• Flexible attitude towards hours.
• Compassionate, respectful and caring approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (washing, dressing, and grooming).
• Support eating and drinking.

• Encourage residents to participate in meaningful engagement.
